By using the Services, you confirm that you:

4. Account Registration and Security

Some Services require account creation. Users are responsible for:

Providing accurate and up-to-date information;

Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;

All activity performed under their account.

Recovert SAS is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

Authentication and account management are provided securely via Supabase.

5. Description of Services

Recovert provides sustainability and environmental assessment tools, consultation services, and digital resources (“Services”). These may include:

Product lifecycle and CO₂ impact calculations;

Consultation and reporting tools;

Subscription and credit-based access to premium content.

Recovert may modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice and bears no liability for any resulting loss.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.

By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Recovert’s pricing structure.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal.

Credits purchased have expiration dates and no cash value.

Recovert reserves the right to adjust pricing and plan features at any time.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Users may cancel subscriptions anytime.

Except where required by law, Recovert does not issue refunds for partially used subscriptions, expired credits, or unused services.

Disputes regarding billing or charges must be reported within 14 days by email to info@recovert.fr.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate, lawful, and non-infringing information;

Use the Services in good faith and only for their intended purpose;

Refrain from tampering with, copying, or reselling Recovert’s software or data.

Recovert is not responsible for user-generated data, uploaded content, or outcomes derived from user inputs.

Users are fully responsible for any actions, business decisions, or representations based on results or calculations provided by the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and technology provided through https://recovert.fr — including software, design, text, graphics, data models, and calculations — are the exclusive property of Recovert SAS or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without express written consent from Recovert.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is collected and processed in compliance with the Privacy Policy and in accordance with GDPR and French CNIL standards.

By using the Services, you consent to such processing.

11. Third-Party Services

Recovert integrates with trusted third parties including:

Stripe (payment processing)

Supabase (authentication and database)

Cloudinary (image hosting)

Email and IP geolocation providers

Recovert has no control over and assumes no responsibility or liability for the content, availability, or conduct of any third-party service.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Recovert SAS does not guarantee that:

The Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted;

Any results, data, or calculations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use;

Any advice, consultation, or environmental data provided constitutes professional or legal advice.

Users acknowledge that all calculations, CO₂ estimates, and sustainability outputs are for informational purposes only.

Recovert SAS shall not be held responsible for any business decisions, losses, or damages arising from the use of such information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Recovert SAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;

The total liability of Recovert SAS for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

13. User Content and Indemnification

Users retain ownership of any data they upload or submit but grant Recovert a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display that data as necessary for service provision.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recovert SAS, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of:

Your use or misuse of the Services;

Your breach of these Terms;

Any third-party claim related to content or data you provide.

14. Termination

Recovert reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at its discretion and without prior notice, if:

You violate these Terms;

You misuse the Services or submit unlawful content;

You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Paris, France.

16. Modifications

Recovert may amend these Terms at any time.

Revised Terms will be posted on https://recovert.fr and become effective upon publication.

Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
